Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2016, at around 04:20, the Defendant driven B-low-scale car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.145% during blood from the section of approximately 200 meters from the road front of the Simn Pung-dong Large Simn-si (Seoul) to the front of the Dongmn Pung-si and the front road.
