Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2013, at around 02:20, the Defendant driven B tea with blood alcohol content of approximately 0.103% at a distance of about 6 km from the front road of the station located in the Sinju-dong, to the front road of the Geum-dong located in the same Sin-dong.
