A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 4, 2013, from around 21:48 to 22:10 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s bar business by force by demanding the victim D to cancel the computation of the drinking value on the grounds that the drinking value had been high in E entertainment tavern operated by the victim D, and by demanding the cancellation of the computation of the drinking value, and by allowing the customers who had entered the above main points, such as booming a disturbance and booming a large amount of the drinking value before the Kabter, etc. to enter the said main points.

2. On July 4, 2013, at E entertainment tavern located in Ischeon-si, Leecheon-si, the Defendant: (a) insulting the victim G, a police officer affiliated with the Leecheon-gu Police Station Fast, who received a report for the same reason as described in paragraph (1), among many people, including D and customers, of the said main place of business; and (b) received money from the said police box; (c) fast of fast; (d) fast of fast of fast; (d) fast of fast of fast; (e) fast of fast of fast; (e) fast of fast of fast of fath; and (e) fast of fath of fath of fath of fath; and (e) fast of fast of fast of fast of fast of c.
