Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act in the support of the Suwon Friwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 19, 2016.

No person liable to issue tax invoices pursuant to added-value-added tax-related Acts may issue them.

Nevertheless, on October 2014, the Defendant supplied goods equivalent to KRW 83,300,000,000, in D offices operated by the Defendant, located in Ansan-si, Seoul Building 207, and supplied goods equivalent to KRW 20,600,000 to F. Although the Defendant supplied goods equivalent to KRW 10,60,000 to G, the Defendant did not issue a tax invoice for each of the above E, F, and G.
