A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant who damaged property: (a) dysnish alcohol from a victim who suffered damage on the part of the operation of the victim C in the racing-si on January 9, 2018; (b) dysnish from the victim C; and

required to return to his office;

“I have heard the horses,” and shouldered a total of 106,00 won of the market value on the instant multi-purposer table, which is the victim’s holding price on the said multi-purposer table, by lowering the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 위 1. 항과 같은 일시 및 장소에서, ‘ 다방에서 물건을 손괴하고 소란을 피운다’ 라는 위 C의 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 경북 경주 경찰서 D 파출소 소속 경찰 관인 경장 E으로부터 인적 사항과 사건 경위에 대한 질문을 받자 화가 나 위 E에게 “ 너 씹할 죽여 버린다 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 오른손으로 위 E의 목 부위를 1회 때리고, 재차 위 E으로부터 신분증 제시를 요구 받자 위 E에게 “ 신분 증 없다 씹할 놈 아 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 발로 위 E의 정강이 부위를 수차례 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
