Purport of claim and appeal

The judgment of the first instance.

1. The reasoning of the court of first instance’s acceptance of the judgment is as stated in the column of reasoning of the judgment of first instance, except for the following modifications. Thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The testimony of the witness K in the first instance trial shall be revised to "the testimony of the witness K in the first instance trial" in all of the 7 pages 10 and 11 pages 3 of the first instance judgment.

Part 7 of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be amended to "this court of first instance".

2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be dismissed as it is without merit.

The judgment of the first instance is justifiable in its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
