1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

(a) 1,337 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “land before the instant subdivision”) in the Gyeonggi Yang-gun group:

B. On February 12, 1958, the land before the instant subdivision was divided into JJ 124, K 137, L 288, M 182, N 35, N 119, and H 9 (hereinafter “instant land”). The land before the instant subdivision was divided into P 37, Q 136, R 100, and S 8, and was cadastral restoration.

C. As to the instant land, the land category was changed to a site on December 4, 1958, and on May 8, 1959, the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of the State, and thereafter became the land of this case, such as the purport of the claim through a change of land category, conversion into the area, and change of administrative district.

The plaintiffs' father T (hereinafter "the deceased") died on August 26, 2007 and succeeded jointly to the deceased.

2. The Plaintiff’s assertion: (a) was distributed nine nine hours before the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the land of this case in accordance with the former Farmland Reform Act; and (b) completed reimbursement on December 31, 1965.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for the transfer of ownership on the ground of the completion of the above repayment to the plaintiffs who inherited the deceased.

3. The key issue of the instant case is whether the deceased T has completed redemption of the instant land.

According to the evidence Nos. 11 through 16 (including a branch number; hereinafter the same shall apply), each entry of the certificate Nos. 11 through 16 (including a branch number), the distribution farmland register prepared at the time of the enforcement of the former Farmland Reform Act is entered by U as a distributor of 9 p.m., U as well as U as 9 p.m. in the repayment ledger and a duplicate of the repayment ledger prepared with respect to U as to U was distributed by U.S... In the above repayment ledger, the repayment period is from 4283(1950) to 4287(1954) and the repayment amount is 367(b) in total.
