A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. In January 2012, the Defendant: (a) of the investment funds fraud of the C building (one-person D building) was the victim G, H, and I at the (ju FF office in Seongdong-gu Seoul Police Officer’s operation of Defendant E; (b) “K is well aware of K, the head of the tax office, who is the director of the tax office, at home, is expected to obtain an officetel located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building (hereinafter “D building”); and (c) at the time of the public sale of the office, K would make the entire one floor after leaving the office to be a tax office. Upon receipt of the above office’s public sale of the office, K granted some of the said office to B among the public sale of the office, and then, at the later time, K would have invested money to B to be awarded a bid for the public sale of the said D building (627).”

However, in fact, K did not have worked as the head of Jtax office, while serving as the head of the investigation division, retired on February 28, 2013, and the Defendant did not at all say that the officetel of the D building would be built as a tax office. From among the above D buildings, 301, 601, 626, 627, and 628 were transferred the ownership of L’s co-ownership as of September 20, 201, and M&A acquired ownership transfer registration of L’s co-ownership as of September 20, 2010 (public land) and completed the public auction procedure on November 2, 201 of the same year, and the Defendant did not have the capacity to receive the above L’s co-ownership transfer from other co-owners on February 21, 2011 and did not receive any money from other co-owners for the said L’ co-ownership as a successful bid.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, deceiving the victims and deceiving them from the victim G as the investment funds of the above D Officetel from the victim G on March 20, 2012.
