Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, as they are friendly-gu, are visitors to the “Cjuk”, and the victim D (the age of 37) is a person who works as an employee of the “Cjuk”.

1. At around 00:30 on July 27, 2018, Defendant A, while drinking alcohol, expressed the intent of the victim’s disregarding himself/herself at the studs of “Cump” located in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, the Defendant 201, followed the victim’s head knife with the victim’s head knife, following the defect of the victim’s fee in order to avoid the victim’s head knife and out of studs.
