Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 24, 2012, the criminal defendant against the victim B stated, “D” in the entertainment drinking club located in the Sin-si, Sin-si, where he operated, that “D” shall be paid the interest on the third part of the month if he/she borrowed money, and the principal shall be repaid until December 25, 2012.”

However, at the time, the defendant was unable to operate the main store and did not have any specific property, and there was no intention or ability to pay the principal and interest to the victim as agreed.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 5 million from the victim as the borrowed money on the same day on the same day, and acquired KRW 25 million in total on three occasions, as shown in the attached list of crimes, and acquired it as the borrowed money.

2. On February 28, 2013, the criminal defendant against the victim E told the victim E to pay the interest of KRW 12 million to the victim E, and the principal will be repaid by June 28, 2013.

However, at the time, the defendant was unable to operate the main store and did not have any specific property, and there was no intention or ability to pay the principal and interest to the victim as agreed.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 12 million from the victim as the borrowed money on the same day, and acquired it by fraud.
