Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2018, the Defendant possession of hallucinogenic substances, around 12:10 on December 20, 2018, with a substance containing lux, which is a hallucinogenic substance, for the purpose of remelting luxs used in inhaled teaching materials, such as the description in paragraph (2), within the I House J around 2018, as stated in paragraph (2).
