A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2019, the Defendant became aware of the victim D (the age of 45) who had worked as an entertainment receptionist at the "C" singing shop located in Gumi-si B.

1. Crimes committed on March 21, 2019;
