A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2007, the Defendant was notified by the Daejeon District Court of the summary order of a fine of three million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and by the same court on July 18, 201, the same court was sentenced to a fine of two million won for the same crime. On August 21, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of eight months for a crime of obstructing business by the same court on August 21, 2015 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 29, 2015. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of rape with the same court on March 24, 2016, and was sentenced to

4. 1. The judgment became final and conclusive, and the suspension of execution was revoked, and the execution of each of the above sentence was terminated at the Ganpo Prison on February 28, 2018.

"2018 Highest 1886"

1. On May 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking and driving without a license) operated a unregistered motor bicycle without a motor vehicle driver’s license, in the direction of approximately 100 meters from the front side of the Daejeon Jung-gu B market to the front side of the “D” restaurant located in C, from around 100 meters to the front side of the restaurant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license, had been punished for drinking more than twice but was driving a motor vehicle.
