1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Facts of recognition

On September 25, 1973, the Plaintiff purchased from Nonparty B the land 28,760 square meters of C Forest land in Kimhae-si owned by Nonparty B, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with the Changwon District Court Kimhae-si Office on October 2, 1973.

A. On August 31, 201, the land indicated in the foregoing paragraph was divided into C forest C forest land of 17,055 square meters and D forest land of 11,705 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). On the same day, each of the land after the said subdivision was made on July 10, 2009, and each registration of change of the registered titleholder was made to the address of Nonparty E (hereinafter “non-party E”) whose name is the Plaintiff and Dong name.

The Nonparty: (a) deemed Defendant Samhotech Co., Ltd. as its owner and recommended the Nonparty to sell the instant land; and (b) on August 30, 2010, the Nonparty sold the instant land at KRW 240 million to Defendant Samhotech Co., Ltd. on August 30, 201, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 31, 201 with respect to the instant land on the ground of the said sale.

(C) On October 17, 2013, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Defendant K non-Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd. on the ground of trust on October 17, 2013.

(C) On July 14, 2011, Article 15 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Simplificationing the Procedure for Authorization and Permission of Industrial Complexes, the Changwon District Court, Kimhae registry, received on October 17, 2013 (No. 13372). Meanwhile, on July 14, 2011, the G Industrial Complex Development Project (hereinafter “the instant project”) approved and publicly announced the industrial complex plan regarding the size of 149,820 square meters in the dailyF in Kimhae-si, and on September 12, 2013, the said industrial complex plan was approved and publicly announced additionally as H on September 12, 2013, and the project implementer was designated as four corporations, such as the Defendant Samho Cte Co., Ltd., Ltd., the Geumjinjin-jin

The instant land is the same.
