[2013, 242] The Defendant is a person liable for military service.

When a person liable for military service moves his place of residence, he shall make a move-in report within 14 days.

On April 14, 2010, the Defendant moved his place of residence from B to the Buddhist land.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not make a move-in report to the head of the Dong having jurisdiction over the place of residence within 14 days from that day without justifiable grounds.

1. On November 3, 2009, upon requesting the transfer of a passbook to C in front of Samcheon-si, Samcheon-si, Samcheon-si, the Plaintiff acquired the means of access for electronic financial transactions, such as one copy of the NongHycheon-si, Samcheon-si and one copy of the physical card, from C on the same day;
