Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 23, 2017, the Defendant, around 18:16, on August 23, 2017, took photographs of the victim C (n, 27 years of age) who is a workplace partner, using S8 smartphones in front of the five-story elevator of the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, on his gallon road.
2. On August 24, 2017, the Defendant, at around 13:43, around August 24, 2017, taken the 5th floor office of the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building, using S8 smartphones in his gallon, taken the d (n, 24 years old) bridge part of the victim D (n, 24 years old) who is working club, using the S8 smartphones.
3. A crime on September 4, 2017;
A. On September 4, 2017, around 23:17, the Defendant taken the part of buckbucks against female victims, using S8 smartphones in his gallon around the F Station platforms located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
B. On September 4, 2017, the Defendant taken a photograph of the part of the buckbucks by the victims of non-merchants women, who were seated in the chair by using S8 smartphones, within the subway 3 mobile lines in the direction of the subway station in the direction of the conversation.

On September 4, 2017, around 23:55 on September 4, 2017, the Defendant taken the chest parts of the female victim, who was missing on his gallon by using S8 smartphones, on several occasions.

On September 5, 2017, at around 00:05, the Defendant taken several bucks, etc. on the front line of the port, using S8 smartphones, on which the name-free female victims were seated with her gallonies.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shames through a mechanical device with similar functions in total six times, against their will.
