Punishment of the crime

On May 9, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.123% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a gallon vehicle from the Defendant’s house located in Yannam-gun B to approximately 163 km-ro, 163 in the same gallon-ro.
