A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving motor vehicles B;

On September 21, 2019, at around 11:45, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.220%, and driven two-lanes in front of the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the two-lanes from the river basin to the two-lanes.

A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to view the front side and the left side and the left side, and to safely proceed by accurately operating the steering and brakes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to drive in a state where normal driving is difficult under the influence of alcohol and neglected to do so, and took the back part of the E-wing and 3 cargo vehicle driven by the victim D (the age of 35) who was waiting in the front of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle, and due to the shock, GaM7 vehicle driven by the victim FF (the age of 39) who was waiting in the front of the said cargo vehicle was driven by the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle.

The Defendant, by negligence in the above business, sustained injury to the victim D, such as light salt and tension, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim F, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim H (V, 37 years of age) who was accompanied by the said SM7 car.

2. Around that time, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 600 meters alcohol level of about 0.220% in a section of approximately 600 meters from JJ in Gangnam-gu I to the site of the above accident.
