Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2012, at around 02:20 on February 26, 2012, the Defendant stopped the Victim C’s D taxi in the direction behind the Gwangju Mine Police Station. On February 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s sib and the head of the department of the victim’s sib and the head of the group of 606,617 won, with mountain stick (the length of 50cm) holding the other sib and the excessive sib, without stopping by hand.
