The Defendant is the driver of a cargo vehicle B.

On April 11, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver’s license around 15:00, driven the above vehicle over about seven kilometers from the front road of the Seoul Jung-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul to the front road of the 685 Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
