Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

When constructing a building or installing a factory, where the weight exceeds 150 tons, volume exceeds 150 cubic meters, volume exceeding 150 cubic meters, and horizontal projection area exceeds 150 square meters, permission shall be obtained from the competent authority.

Nevertheless, on April 2016, the Defendant installed structures with weight of 198 tons, volume of 183 cubic meters, and horizontal plane projection area of 122 square meters on the wife population B (the answer) in Chungcheongnam-si around 2016.
