1. The Defendants are installed in the attached Form 2, among the buildings indicated in the indication of the attached Table 1 building.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned are the owners of the building D large scale D 137 square meters (hereinafter “C”) and the building on its ground (hereinafter “previous building”) in Gwangju Mine-gu, who have operated a pharmacy on the first floor of the previous building with the trade name “E pharmacy”, and Defendant B as children of Defendant C, who operated one Council member on the second floor of the previous building, and the Plaintiff is the owner of the F large scale 230 square meters adjacent to the said land.

B. 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendants newly built one building (the fourth floor above each ground) on each of the above land, and as a whole, a single building (the same as the indicated building in attached Form 1; hereinafter referred to as “instant building”).

2) As the Defendants had been operating in the previous building at the time of the agreement as referred to in the above paragraph 1, the Defendants first built the building on their own land (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff building”).

3) After constructing a new building, the Plaintiff built the Plaintiff’s previous building, and then Defendant C removed the Plaintiff’s previous building, and Defendant B constructed a new building corresponding to the Plaintiff’s building on the land on August 28, 2003, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership preservation as to Nos. 102, 202, 302, 402, and 402 of the sectional stores located in the Plaintiff’s building on August 28, 2003.

C. After the establishment of a signboard and the lawsuit related thereto, there was a dispute between the Plaintiff and the Defendants as to the rent of the first floor (101) of the Plaintiff’s building used by Defendant B and the signboard installed on the outer wall of the instant building. Accordingly, around 2005, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants, such as the name of the building (2005Gadan79405) and the settlement was established in the said lawsuit.
