Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants B, A, C, and D together with Defendant C from January 1, 2016 to August 17, 2016, Defendant C from January 17, 2016 to July 17, 2016.

8. From the point of time until July, 17, the Internet site “H”, “J”, etc. advertised sexual traffic with the trade name “L”, “M”, “N”, and “O” and advertised Q hotel in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Q hotel in Seoul, S hotel in Gangnam-gu, U hotel in Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and W hotel in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and W hotel that reported and contacted the above advertisement to enter into a sexual intercourse with women, including Y, who are employed in advance by guiding them to the above hotel room.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

Around August 17, 2016, Defendant E agreed to receive KRW 400,000 as the price for the first commercial sex acts with the above B, etc. from the W hotel 11111 in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul on August 17, 2016, and agreed to receive KRW 400,000 as the price for the first commercial sex acts, Defendant E and Defendant

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic.

A. Under Article 19(2)1 of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic, Etc., Defendant A, B, C, and D, Article 30 of the Criminal Act, and Article 24 of the same Act, both imprisonment and fine shall be imposed concurrently.
