1. The Defendant’s KRW 26,062,960 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from October 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence 1 and evidence 2-1 and evidence 2-2, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that the plaintiff supplied the defendant with goods equivalent to 26,062,960 won in total from June 2015 to September 2015.

According to the above facts of recognition, barring any special circumstance, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 26,062,960 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum as stipulated in the Commercial Act from October 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
