A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2014, at around 01:40, the Defendant received a report from the police officer D(44) belonging to the Incheon Samsan Police Station Cream Station, which called "I am under the influence of alcohol" and called "I am under the influence of alcohol, I am under the direction of "I am under the threat, I am under the influence of it, if I am out of the lock, I am under the influence of it.
