[criminal history] On September 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for special assault in the Southern Branch of the Gwangju District Court for the crime of violence, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ganpo Prison on December 31, 2016.

[Criminal facts]
