Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates the “H party hall” in the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and Defendant B is a person who engages in game machine distribution business in the name of the “J” from the 2nd floor of Gwangju Dong-gu, and Defendant C is a person who engages in game machine distribution business in the trade name of the “L” from the 2nd floor of the Seoul Jung-gu.
1. Although Defendant A was not allowed to distribute, display, store, or provide for use game products with contents different from those classified by the Game Management Committee, the Defendant set up two game apparatuses, which are the altered game machine in which game products are opened to be operated in a separate execution file different from the contents classified in the above party room from June 9, 2016 to June 23, 2016, and provided them for the use of the said game.

Although Defendant B did not distribute, display, store, or provide for the use of any game product different from the content rated by the Game Management Committee, the Defendant, on June 9, 2016, changed the game product in the same shape presented within the given time after memorying the item in various shapes shown on the screen to the above A, and obtained scores by finding the same item within the given time, and distributed it by using the game product to “spathofing” in the form of “spafing,” regardless of the user’s operational ability and skill, regardless of which the total use was rated by the Game Management Committee.
