1. Around 08:50 on April 29, 2015, at the adjacent parking lots to the D Middle Schools located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the act of openly obscenity, such as self-defense in the front of the above school students, including E, by openly committing sexual intercourse;

2. Around 10:50 on May 6, 2015, at the place indicated in paragraph 1, and at the place indicated in the above E, etc., a publicly obscene act was committed, such as engaging in self-defense in the sexual organ in front of the students in the above school.
