If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who is not a broker shall not use the name "licensed Real Estate Agent Office", "Real Estate Brokerage", or any other name similar thereto.

On May 15, 2013, the Defendant posted the signboard "D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office" at the container stuff in Busan Metropolitan City, and used the name of the Licensed Real Estate Agent Office.
