Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court for the crimes of violation of the Road Traffic Act. The judgment became final and conclusive on October 5 of the same year.

The defendant is a person who drives B rocketing another car.

At around 01:50 on October 24, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car in a state of alcohol concentration of 0.146% on the road before the Yellow Sea 356-4 dance in the Gu-si, Gu-si.
