Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd.”) is a stock company with the purpose of interior decoration business, etc. The Plaintiff Co., Ltd. is a person who sells new buildings.
