Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a safety control manager of the Seoul Urban Gas Corporation in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of supplying and using urban gas facilities, etc., and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of supplying and using urban gas, and the work of “the necessity to replace urban gas valves at Manle” during the above construction is divided and subcontracted to G.
The owner of a business, part of which is carried out at the same place and which shall be given a contract separately, shall take measures to prevent industrial accidents as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor when his/her workers employed by the contractor work at a place where there is a risk of industrial accidents prescribed by Ordinance
1.
