Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, with respect to Defendant A, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B is Defendant A’s son, and the Defendants operated a restaurant called “F” in the Yansan-gu, Ma-gu, Ansan-si around March 2014.

When the Defendants become aware of the fact that Defendant A’s friendly friendly G was talking about where the victim “the victim has invested in the deposit equivalent to KRW 100,000,00 which was possessed by the lack of a certain import,” the Defendants offered to the victim a plan to open a Korean-style plastic restaurant and conspired to acquire money under the name of the cost of opening the restaurant.

The Defendants deceiving the victim as above and received KRW 70 million from March 27, 2014 to March 31, 2014 as the funds for opening a restaurant.

2. Around May 9, 2014, the Defendants made a false statement to the effect that, according to the above public offering, the Defendants would use the “I” typeed “I” loan passbook in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Annsan-si, as operating expenses for a single-type plastic bag, such as creating a bankbook loan passbook with a KRW 20 million loan, and granting monthly salary to the employees, etc.” to the victims.
