A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for one year for fraud in the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 3, 2015.

Since April 201, the Defendant promoted the project owner of a marine leisure business city development project, which is merely an abstract plan for large land, such as Gosung-gun G, Gangwon-do, as the adviser of the said company, E, the representative director of the said company, and F, the head of the headquarters of the said company, and from April 201, the Defendant promoted the project owner of the marine leisure business city development project. However, each of the above companies did not have any capital power required for the project owner, such as the purchase of the target land, and did not have any substantial investment attraction. There was no business progress for two to three years, such as the Defendant was selected from Gosung-gun as the project owner or was unable to participate in the minimum discussion for the owner of the high military and the project.

On May 27, 2013, the Defendant only intended to lend money from the victim I to use the money for debt repayment, overdue payment to employees, office rent, etc., and even if the Defendant received deposits from the victim for the subcontract of the above civil works, even though he/she did not have been selected as the subject of the above civil works, or because he/she did not receive any orders from the High Military to perform the above civil works, the Defendant did not have the ability to return the said deposits if he/she had the victim started the civil works until July 31, 2013, or if he/she was unable to implement the project within 60 days, the Defendant did not have the ability to return the deposits. However, even if C and D were not capable of returning the above deposits, C and D were to perform the civil works of the Japanese marine leisure city development project, such as Sung-gun-gun, Gangwon-do, Gosung-gun, etc., to perform the civil works of the construction project on the site of the project on July 1, 2013.
