1. The defendant on January 26, 1973 against the plaintiffs' real estate stated in the separate sheet of the Daegu District Court.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiffs, on January 20, 2015, donated real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) from D and completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 21, 2015.

B. As to the instant real estate, the registration of creation of superficies (hereinafter “registration of creation of superficies of this case”) was completed in the future of the defendant on January 26, 1973 from January 25, 1973 to 30 years from the duration of January 25, 1973. Since the superficies of this case has expired after the duration of the superficies of this case, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for cancellation registration of the registration of creation of superficies of this case to the plaintiffs
