Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000, respectively.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendant
A From June 9, 2004, a dentist operating the “D” with the members C and the fourth floor of Ansan-si from Jun. 9, 2004, and Defendant B works as the head of the above dental consultation office from the above date.
Upon receipt of a request from the patients who wished to receive many insurance proceeds from the above dental surgery, the Defendants prepared the medical records and a medical certificate as if they had undergone the surgery even though they did not undergo the dental surgery, and conspired to prepare the medical records and a medical certificate as if they had undergone the surgery, and make it easier for the patients to receive insurance proceeds by preparing the medical records and a medical certificate, and issuing them to the patients.
1. In collusion with the Defendants on March 25, 2015, the aforementioned dental surgery was not performed by Defendant A on April 16, 2012, with respect to an infant No. 26, and no dental surgery was performed on May 2, 2012 with respect to an infant No. 36, and no dental surgery was performed on May 21, 2012 with respect to an infant No. 34, and no dental surgery was performed on January 2, 2013 with respect to an infant No. 27, and no dental surgery was performed on January 2, 2013 with respect to an infant No. 17, and no dental surgery was conducted on November 11, 2014 with respect to an infant No. 17, with respect to which each of the foregoing dental surgery was performed on the same date as the above 10th day after the delivery of the 10th day to each of the foregoing 15th day.
2. No medical person who has violated the Medical Service Act shall prepare a false medical record, etc. or make an additional entry or amendment intentionally differently from the fact;
Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired with the Defendants on April 25, 2016, and on August 21, 2015, the facts are as follows: Defendant A’s 26 dentalians on patients F.
