A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A entered into a business entrustment agreement with victim D, the representative director of the mobile phone sales chain C corporation, from June 16, 201 to May 2012, 201, and Defendant A engaged in the business of opening and selling mobile phones at six sales stores of the said C corporation.

1. As indicated in the record, the mobile phone devices amounting to KRW 54,786,600 in total from around that time to May 15, 2012 were embezzled by arbitrarily disposing of and embling them for the victim while on duty.

2. Forgery of a document in the name of F;

A. On April 27, 2012, the Defendant forged official document: (a) sought the customer’s personal information at the C Daeungung-gu, Northern-si; (b) used the personal information of the customer; (c) made a copy of the personal identification card of the customer with ordinary knowledge; and (d) made a copy of the necessary letter; and (c) made it again; (d) made it arbitrarily by combining the “resident registration certificate”, “H”, “I”, “J apartment 415 303, J apartment 415 303, Gangwon-do, J apartment 415 303,” “Y apartment 415 303, 2005,” and “Seoul-do East Sea Market”; and (d) made it possible for the Defendant to affix the official seal of the East Sea Market with which the suspect was

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of the resident registration certificate of H, which is a public document, in the name of the Dong Sea Market in Gangwon-do.

B. On April 27, 2012, the Defendant’s uttering of forged official document does not know the address not exceeding that of the border border.
