1. The Defendant Sporo Corporation: (a) KRW 23,859,207 on the Plaintiff and its related thereto, from October 28, 2016 to August 22, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On April 8, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a immigration-related contract through Defendant B, who is an employee of the Defendant Boan Corporation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”), and entered into a “U.S. Non-P. Non-P. Non-P. Non-P. Non-P. Employment Contract” with the Defendant Company.

In order to ensure the successful acquisition of the Plaintiff’s U.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S

(hereinafter “instant contract”).

B. The Plaintiff paid 90,000 won to the Defendant Company at the time of the contract, and the Plaintiff paid 1,317,220 won for physical examination for applying for issuance of visa to the Plaintiff and his family members, and 1,725$1,725 (originality KRW 1,725,00) for the purpose of applying for issuance of visa by the Plaintiff and their family members.

On July 6, 2015, the Plaintiff paid the Defendant Company a fee of USD 7,245 (U.S. KRW 8,786,01) (U.S. KRW 6,883,200) (U.S. KRW 6,883,200), including a commission fee on January 15, 2016, and KRW 6,000 (U.S. KRW 6,883,200) on May 2, 2016.

The sum of the above amounts is KRW 26,510,231.

C. The plaintiff's past history was the record of refusing to apply for a tourist visa by forging a certificate of employment and regulating it by drinking driving.

Around May 2016, the Plaintiff prepared an application for visa (DS-260) and an interview with the U.S. Embassy (DS-260) and delivered it to the Defendant Company. Of the questions of the said application, “A U.S. visa” is a U.S. visa.
