Defendant

A is an indoor building company located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as the head of (ju) H, and Defendant B was the head of the above (ju) H, and Defendant B was the victim I is a person who operates the clothing wholesale company located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ (ju) K.

1. From November 10, 2012, the Defendants were awarded a contract for the interior construction of a commercial building with the victim and awarded a subcontract to M who operates (ju)L. However, the Defendants: (a) requested M to prepare a false estimate that the construction price has been excessively appropriated; and (b) received a false estimate that the construction price has been excessively appropriated; and (c) submitted it to the victim and delivered it to M; and (d) obtained the difference between the construction price appropriated by M and the normal construction price.

2. On November 23, 2012, and December 21, 2012, the Defendants defrauded “19 million won” related to “light Partition construction” from the above interior construction of the commercial building requested M to prepare a false quotation of which KRW 9,00,000 has been unftened from the O located on the N building on November 20, 2012; (i) even at the construction site of KK on December 18, 2012, M to prepare a false quotation of which KRW 10 million has been unftened; and (ii) in the case of “the 4th floor light clearance construction project” from M, the Defendants submitted a false quotation of which the construction cost is KRW 19,980,00,000, which is the normal amount, KRW 69,200,000,000, which is the KRW 800,000,00,00,000,00 won, which is 283,00.
