1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned are regional housing associations established with the approval of the establishment of a housing association from the head of the Busan Cheong-gu Office on August 25, 2017 in order to carry out a project for constructing multi-family housing (hereinafter “instant project”) in Busan Y-gu C, Busan Y-gu, and the plaintiff is a person who entered into a partnership agreement with the defendant.

B. Article 7 of the Defendant’s Code of Association (Definition of Terms) of the terms used in this Code is defined as follows:
