Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative director of the defendant C Co., Ltd., and the defendant B is the employee of the above corporation.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B, on August 18, 2016, on the grounds of compulsory auction by the Suwon District Court, with the seizure of the number plates of the buses owned by the said company, sentenced Defendant A and Defendant B to use the number plates of other buses by attaching them on the bus.

A. On March 2, 2017, the Defendants conspired with the Defendants to illegally use air defense, and used the public sign on a total of 85 occasions from that time to November 4, 2017, including, in collusion, attaching it to the above E bus for the purpose of exercising air bus number plates at the above company’s parking lot located in Young-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F for the said reason, the Defendants unlawfully used the public sign on a total of 85 occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

B. On March 2, 2017, the Defendants conspired to use illegally used official marks, such as the foregoing paragraph (a) above, and exercised air units illegally used for 84 times in total, including the use of illegally used air units by operating the number plates of G buses on the bus, as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) at around November 4, 2017.

No person in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall be detached of registration number plates and seals attached to vehicles, except as otherwise permitted by the Mayor/Do Governor or provided for in other Acts.

Nevertheless, on March 2, 2017, the Defendants conspired, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, removed the registration number plate of G vehicle to operate the bus around March 2, 2017, and from that time, removed the registration number plate attached to the vehicle from November 4, 2017, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 85 times.

2. Defendant C, at the time and place specified in paragraph (3) of Article 1, Defendant C, a representative of the Defendant, committed the above violation in relation to the Defendant’s business.
