1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 23, 2013 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On July 24, 2013, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) on December 30, 2014, the due date for repayment was set at 30% per annum; and (b) lent KRW 60 million per annum to the Defendant; and (c) the Defendant did not pay interest from August 23, 2013.
Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 23, 2013, which is part of the above loan and interest.
