Defendant B’s 62,817,152 won and 36,703,778 won among them are from June 14, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff extended a loan (hereinafter “instant loan”) to Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”), as indicated in the following table, and E limited the Defendant B’s obligation to the Plaintiff.
(Unit: (Unit: 100,000,000 on August 20, 201, 201, the guarantee limit of the guarantor's guarantee of the balance of the principal and the balance of the loan extended on the date of the loan extended (the original loan) for retail general financial loan (the corporate passbook loan) on August 20, 201, 36,703,778, 26,113, 374 E 60,000,000 on August 17, 2011.
B. On June 27, 2014, E died (hereinafter “the deceased”), F, a spouse, and G, a child, renounced the deceased’s property inheritance.
The father of the deceased was already killed on June 15, 201, before the death of the deceased, and the deceased’s mother C was the inheritor of the deceased. On May 14, 2015, the Defendant C was tried to approve the inheritance of the deceased’s property inheritance as the Seoul Family Court 2015Ra1943.
C. As of June 14, 2019, the instant loans are as follows.
The debt No. 1 set forth in paragraph 36,703,778 won as principal and interest 26,113,374 won as principal and interest 62,817,152 won as principal and interest rate is 14.9% per annum.
The debt No. 2 remains in total of KRW 105,303,538, the principal amount of KRW 61,896,367, interest KRW 43,407,171, and the interest rate for arrears is 14.67% per annum.

2. According to the above facts as to the cause of the claim, Defendant B and the Deceased are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the principal and interest of the loan under the loan contract of this case. Defendant C, the inheritor, upon the death of the Deceased, succeeded to the above obligation. As such, Defendant C is obligated to pay the Plaintiff’s debt. On the other hand, Defendant C received adjudication on the inheritance of the deceased’s property.
