A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced by the Changwon District Court to imprisonment with labor for one year for the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on November 30, 2014.
