Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2016, at around 22:30, the Defendant, at the main point of “C” located in “C” in “S (S) Seo-gu, Busan, having been aware of it, was in a dispute for an unforeseen reason while drinking alcohol together with the victim D (the age of 60) who was in the middle of drinking water, and the victim was liter into the Defendant’s face.

Accordingly, the Defendant collected beerpedped cups on the table, and was in line with the face of the victim. Then, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim’s left side by using an empty beer who was on the table, and putting the head of the victim on the table, and making the victim’s head tear 3 cm off, thereby causing an injury on the treatment days.
