Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2013, the Korean Workers' Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "B") held a "Korean Workers' Congress in 2013" and reported to the Commissioner of Seoul Local Police Agency that Ro-ro 2, Ro-ro 5, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri, Ro-ri. Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
