A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months in Seoul Eastern District Court for special larceny, etc., and on March 23, 2018, the suspended sentence was revoked, and on September 5, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Eastern Detention Center.

On June 9, 2019, at around 07:02, the Defendant: (a) in the “DPC bank” operated by the victim C in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and the first floor underground, the Defendant: (b) opened a safe in which the victim was locked from his own will by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance of diving; and (c) took and stolen the cash owned by the victim; (d) from that time until August 9, 2019, the Defendant stolen 55 of the total amount of cash owned by the victims over 15 times in total, including the amount of KRW 3,76,50,000, total of KRW 167,000, total of the market price, and KRW 20,000, total of the 320,000,000.
