Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. B obtained a building permit (the permit number F; hereinafter “instant building permit”) from the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and four lots of multi-family housing (multi-household) on September 15, 201, from the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

B. Paragraph 1: The instant sales contract is a contract under which the present loan is to be purchased under the conditions of construction permit.
