1. From June 13, 2018 to August 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) KRW 15 million to the Plaintiff; and (b) annually from June 13, 2018 to August 29, 201; and (c) August 30, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relevant Plaintiff (1955 birth) hospitalized in C Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) due to symptoms, such as the left side paralysis due to brain color from December 21, 2015 to December 4, 2017.
나. 원고의 통증 발생 및 퇴원 경위 1) 원고는 2017. 11. 3. 09:30경 목욕을 하기 위해 4층 목욕실 앞 복도에 서서 대기하던 중 함께 입원 중이던 D 할머니가 혼자서 휠체어를 밀면서 갑자기 다가오는 것을 피하려다가 엉덩방아를 찧고 주저앉으면서 넘어졌고, 원고는 그 이후부터 피고 병원에 통증을 호소하였다. 2) 피고 병원의 2017. 11. 6.자 간호기록지에 원고가 왼쪽 다리 관절의 통증을 호소한 것에 대해 피고 병원이 물리치료를 권유한 것으로 기재되었다.
3) On November 7, 2017, the Defendant Hospital stated that the Plaintiff complained of hurri pain in the nursing record book of the Defendant Hospital. 4) On November 8, 2017, the Plaintiff complained of hurriium pain on the right side. The Defendant Hospital had taken X-ray photographs on the Plaintiff’s high pipe part, etc. on the same day, but did not know whether it was cut off. The Defendant Hospital’s appearance and the doctor in charge of the outside department of the Defendant Hospital prescribed lurriium for the first time to the Plaintiff on the same day.
5) On November 13, 2017, the medical doctor in charge of the Defendant Hospital’s external department and the doctor in charge prescribed matrinsium and limited dytriium injection (one time, three days’ frequency of medication) to the Plaintiff, and on November 14, 2017, the Plaintiff appealed from the Defendant Hospital’s health record book. 6) on November 16, 2017, the Defendant Hospital stated that the Plaintiff complained of the Plaintiff’s right bridge pain (VAS5) was stated in the nursing record book. On the same day, the medical doctor in charge of the Defendant Hospital’s external department and the doctor in charge prescribed Matriium and limited dytriium injection (number 2,3 days’ frequency of medication) to the Plaintiff on the same day, and in the nursing record book of the Defendant Hospital on November 17, 2017.
