A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2013, the Defendant reported the victim D's text that the Defendant purchased a galglus lusium 3 mobile phone on the Internet C and sold it to the victim.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to deliver a mobile phone.

On the 16th day of the same month, the defendant deposited 330,000 won in the national bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the defendant, and did not deliver the mobile phone.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim in the above manner, took property benefits equivalent to the same amount.
